Raw materials

A product is only as good as the materials that make it.

We handpick only the highest-quality wood specimens for our doors. Our procurement process ensures the manufacturing process begins with the proper materials.

old-fashioned

We believe in doing things the old-fashion way.

Our manufacturing process is more than machinery at work. Each door is handmade — and each door requires labor-intensive work.

Our employees inspect and review each product to ensure they meet our strict standards.

Quality Assurance program

Producing a high-quality door is only the beginning.

Once created, we ensure each door not only looks the part but is ready for installation and the application of finish, paint, etc.

Every door must go through a dark room. This process detects the presence of adhesive and other foreign material on our doors that would cause issues when finish is applied.
